What models do your trike conversion kits fit?
There are many bolt-on trike conversion kits available. We have kits for CF Moto V-5, V-3, T-5, and T-3. Hyosung GV250 kits. QLink Legacy, and Legends 250CC. Extreme powersports Montana 250CC. Honda VLX 600, Suzuki Boulevard C50T, Suzuki GZ250, and we are always working on new trike conversion kits as well. The trike conversion kits we produce are a true bolt-on trike kit. We don't make you send us your swingarm and then charge you for another one. ALL parts are included with our trike kits for the trike rear end assembly. Some optional accessories are also for sale. This allows you to purchase the parts you need to build-your-own custom trike.

How long does it take to put a conversion kit on my bike?
There is no way to answer this completely accurate. Different models take less time than others and skill level will dramatically change installation time. You can generally figure on 4 hours with moderate mechanical skills. Depending on your model it could take more or less time to bolt-on our conversion kit.

How long after I order a conversion kit will it be shipped to me?
We try to keep our trike conversion kits in stock and ready for delivery. We can ship out an order usually within 1-3 business days, most often we can ship them out the very next day. However sometimes we are temporarily out-of-stock on some items. Please be patient with us. We will work very hard to ensure a timely delivery.

What comes in a trike conversion kit?
Cass County Choppers conversion kits usually come complete with instructions and EVERYTHING you need to complete the conversion, except for paint, wheels/tires and other optional accessories. In most cases you will not need any additional parts to complete your conversion, but in some cases exhaust modification, or other custom modifications will be needed to complete the conversion. We strive to make sure you know ahead of time what you may need for the conversion so you can accurately estimate the cost of conversion. We cannot be held responsible for ommisions, or things beyond our control, REMEMBER, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE INSTALLATION OF OUR TRIKE CONVERSION KIT TO YOUR BIKE.

Can I buy a complete trike from Cass County Choppers?
Yes we can provide converted trikes to you. Either turn-key trikes or optionally we can convert the trike and let you paint, and install your own wheels and tires. Dealer inquiries are invited.

What kind of wheels/tires do I need and what size?
You can use a regular automobile tire and wheel combination, we use 205-55R14 or R15 on the trikes we convert. You can use either 14 or 15 inch wheel and tire depending on your own tastes. The trike wheel hubs come with two standard bolt patterns. A 5 X 4-3/4 inch bolt pattern and a 5 x 4-1/2(114.5 MM) inch bolt pattern. You simply install the studs in the pattern of your choice and use whichever style wheel you choose.
