Details are what win blue ribbons! These trim rings are the details which will give your full custom that finished look of a champion. Mirror finish polishing and triple chrome plating gives your bike that look of quality that goes clear down to the frame. The trim rings offered by Cass County Trikes are manufactured from high quality billet aluminum. They are designed to serve as both a guard for the Internal Throttle Assembly (sold separately), and to “trim” out the space between the handgrips and the 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 handlebars on your custom bike. They will also “trim” out the space between the clutch and brake handle housings as well. They are also available to match any of the handgrips for the Internal Throttle Assembly (sold separately).

IT01, Internal Throttle Unit (No-Weld Design)
This patent pending design will eliminate so much time from installation of internal throttle assemblies; you may want to install one on all your bikes. Literally, you can rid your bikes of those unsightly cables, in one afternoon rather than, up to two weeks. Our patent pending no-weld design allows you to simply drill holes and bolt this assembly onto your existing handlebars. Choose from many handgrip designs that have been designed to fit and simply bolt together with this awesome custom assembly. Trim rings and handgrips are also available, (but not required) to complete the full custom look or your road machine. Caution: other grips and trim rings are available but may not work with unit. This will alter your design to a single cable system. This is for custom applications only. Requires a new cable to install. Make sure you are comfortable when installing this product.
